Introducing you to my Site

Hey!!!

Welcome to my blog, which is based on Customer Service Nightmares.
Before we get to the point:( Dumb customers who always ask stupid question and/or are completely lost), i will introduce myself.

I'm a 20 years old kid living in Montreal, this summer, i had a really dumb idea.....I will work in the customer service business!!! And i found something in the telecom industry!!! I thought: Easy job, sitting all day, I can smoke weed, get drunk, who cares nobody will see me! I will be a voice.........damn!!!!!
Everything i mentioned is true, but when you get on the phone(after 4 weeks training) you realize there is a bigger issue...CUSTOMERS!.

Everybody who works in the Customers Service departement of any company in the world knows what i'm talking about.......

On my Blog, we( my collegues and I) will share our Customer Service Nightmares with all of you. If you have customer service story, please share it as well
